We are now advising patients via text messages about their Doctors appointments.  If we have your mobile telephone number we will send you an automatic message the day before to remind you.  If you do not want to take advantage of this service then please let us know so we can update your records.

We aim to provide a high standars of care to this community and as such like to know what we do well and where improvements could be made.  We have a comments box in the porch of the surgery at Bellingham and we would welcome  feedback via this website. 

If you have any complaints or comments regarding the sevice you can approach Helen Patterson who is our Compaints Investigating Officer, in confidence to discuss the issues.
