Please ask to speak to any member of staff at the practice who will be able to signpost you to the most appropriate service for your needs.

Carer Catch ups are one off events that they run each month around Northumberland, they tend to plan them in locations where there is not a regular carer support group. These catch ups are a great opportunity for carers to meet the Carers Northumberland information team, socialize with other carers and have any questions or concerns they may have addressed.
